Führungskompetenz ist eine Schlüsselressource in einer sich schnell verändernden Welt. Themen wie adaptive leadership (anpassungsfähige Führung), Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Diversität und eine positive Grundhaltung gewinnen dabei zunehmend an Bedeutung. LEAD+ unterstützt angehende Führungskräfte dabei, diese Kompetenzen systematisch zu entwickeln und sicher in komplexen, digitalen und vielfältigen Arbeitsumgebungen zu handeln.

LEAD+ entwickelt ein umfassendes professionelles Leadership-Entwicklungsprogramm, das auf aktuelle gesellschaftliche und berufliche Herausforderungen reagiert. Herzstück des Projekts ist eine benutzerfreundliche Online-Lern-Plattform, die kollaboratives Lernen ermöglicht und den Zugang zu hochwertiger Weiterbildung für eine breite Zielgruppe öffnet.

Ein weiterer zentraler Bestandteil ist die Entwicklung eines validierten Evaluationsrahmens, der mit datenbasierten Methoden die Qualität der Lernprozesse misst und eine kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Programme sicherstellt.

Darüber hinaus baut LEAD+ eine interdisziplinäre und interkulturelle Lerngemeinschaft auf, die auf Austausch, Kooperation und die Weitergabe bewährter Praktiken setzt. So entsteht ein nachhaltiges Netzwerk von zukünftigen Führungskräften, Bildungsakteuren und relevanten Akteur*innen auf europäischer und globaler Ebene.

LEAD+ supports aspiring leaders in systematically developing these competencies and acting confidently in complex, digital, and diverse working environments.

LEAD+ develops a comprehensive professional leadership development programme that responds to current social and professional challenges. At the heart of the project is a user-friendly online learning platform that enables collaborative learning and opens access to high-quality continuing education for a broad target group.

Another central component is the development of a validated evaluation framework that uses data-based methods to measure the quality of learning processes and ensures the continuous improvement of the programmes.

In addition, LEAD+ builds an interdisciplinary and intercultural learning community based on exchange, cooperation, and the sharing of best practices. This creates a sustainable network of future leaders, educational stakeholders, and relevant actors at the European and global level.
